Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Exploita. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for token purchases and subscription payments.
1. Token Purchases
- Unused tokens: If you have not consumed any tokens from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Partially used tokens: If you have used some tokens from a purchase, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion, within 14 days of purchase.
- Fully consumed tokens: Tokens that have been used to perform scans are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
2. Pro Subscription
- Trial period: If a trial period is offered, you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
- First 7 days: If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, provided you have not consumed more than 100 tokens.
- After 7 days: Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans: Refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus the prorated cost of any months used.
3. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your individual agreement. Contact your dedicated account manager for details.
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent the Service from functioning:
- Failed scans: If a scan fails due to a platform error (not a target configuration issue), the tokens consumed will be automatically credited back to your account.
- Extended downtime: If the platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, Pro subscribers are eligible for a prorated credit for the affected period.
- Incorrect charges: Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.
5. NO REFUND FOR TERMS VIOLATIONS
Accounts that are suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service — including but not limited to unauthorized scanning of third-party systems, malicious use, or any illegal activity — forfeit all remaining tokens and are not eligible for any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. This applies regardless of the remaining token balance, subscription status, or time since purchase. This forfeiture is a contractual penalty for breach of the Terms of Service.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Tokens consumed for completed scans.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations (all remaining tokens forfeited).
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless otherwise specified above).
- Tokens consumed for scans that were initiated by the User but failed due to the target being unreachable, blocking the scan, or misconfiguration on the User's part.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email Contact us with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
- We will review your request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by initiating a scan, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal for the consumed tokens, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
